ARTWALK 2023 - Art & Story Bound Together
September 9 & 10, 2023, 10am to 5pm HS Grenda Middle School & George Elliot Secondary School Admission: $2 at the door Lake Country's 30th Annual ArtWalk - the interior's largest arts festival. Over 200 artists will be showing their latest works of art - myself included! I look forward to this show every year. The show has an "originals only" policy, so I will be showing my original Barcode Landscape paintings from 2023 including the completed pieces from my Canadian Landscape series. This event takes place in two buildings: George Elliot Secondary School & HS Grenda Middle School (located right next door to each other). My display will be located in the HS Grenda Middle School gym this year. |

This event supports the Vernon Public Art Gallery and its contributions to the arts and culture of Greater Vernon. Nine local artists came together for one night only for this evening art market at Rustic Reel Brewing Co. in downtown Kelowna. It was a beautiful evening full of craft beer, smiles, laughter, and of course - amazing artwork! |
ARTWALK 2022
September 10 & 11, 2022 Lake Country's ArtWalk Located in the Lake Country Community Complex. My 2022 display was inside the George Elliot Secondary School large gym. Lake Country's ArtWalk is the Interior's largest arts festival. This annual event has been around for 29+ years and is much loved by local artists, art lovers, and art collectors alike. Admission is only $2 at the door. If you're within driving distance of the Okanagan, you do not want to miss this show! Over 200 local artists come together to show their newest original works of art. You can also find art demos, workshops, children's activities, and delicious food. ArtWalk is the first show I ever did back in 2008, and I have participated several years since. This is a juried show so I always feel honored when I am selected! |
