how do i commission a painting?
The best way to start the commission process is to use the contact form below or email me directly at [email protected]
Here is the information I am going to want from you:
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
My paintings are created using the highest quality acrylic paints and mediums on stretched canvas, finished with UV-resistant varnish.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
My studio is located in Kelowna, BC. If you live in the Okanagan, I will personally deliver your commissioned painting. Worldwide shipping options are also available. I work with my non-local collectors to determine the safest, most cost effective option.
how long does it take to make a painting?
My paintings take a minimum of 8 weeks to complete. I don't rush my process. Good art takes time :-)
HOW MUCH DO COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS COST?
My prices range based on size and complexity. You can visit my available paintings page to see how I price my work (or come see my paintings in person at a local show). Commissions are priced slightly higher to reflect the added time involved.
copyright
As per Canadian copyright laws, I (the artist) retain all rights to commissioned artwork for reproduction purposes.

"We commissioned Danielle to do two paintings for our living room. She listened to the ideas of what styles we like, and then went to work to create artwork that definitely exceeded our expectations! Danielle is extremely talented and we highly recommend her!"
- K. Fitzpatrick (Lake Country, BC) "I have a couple of her paintings, I absolutely love them! Gorgeous use of color!" - D. Morrison (Victoria, BC) "Love my latest painting purchase. Danielle’s Barcode Landscape style is all her own and her Canadian Landscape series is absolutely stunning! I love the vibrant colours." - S. Koreen (Kelowna, BC) |
