Morning in Blue is large blue and brown floral abstract painting I made in 2015. My objective was to create a non-traditional textured abstract floral painting and this is what I came up with. 

Three-dimensional crackling fissures and other acrylic texture mediums create visual interest and depth throughout the piece. Flower outlines were drawn onto the canvas using fluid acrylic paint and the petals were hand-painted using my fingertips. The background features areas of spray paint and other hand-painted accents. Morning in Blue was finished using a high-gloss acrylic medium that makes the colors shine. Edges are painted a clean black. It has a wire on the back so it is ready to hang and it has been signed by the artist on the front and back.
