Elysium is a colorful, ethereal-feeling fluid abstract painting that I made in 2015. It was inspired by the passing of my grandmother, who was always very supportive of my art. This piece is a large original abstract painting that features emerald greens, purples, teals, browns and golds. The word "Elysium" means a place of paradise for the blessed after death.

My fluid abstract paintings are created by pouring acrylic paints onto the canvas and using air to blow them around. This technique encourages paint colors to flow into one another and creates stunning organic patterns. This painting has been finished using a high-gloss acrylic medium that makes the colors shine. Edges are painted clean black. It has a wire on the back so it is ready to hang on your wall. Elysium has been signed by the artist on the front and back.
