| PURCHASING |
To purchase Danielle’s paintings, please email her at info@danielleharshenin.ca, specifying the piece/s you are interested in, or leave her a message on her studio line: 250-864-2085. She will reply within a few hours, usually. From there we can determine payment method as well as shipping preferences and costs.
The following forms of payment are accepted:
- Paypal (Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you will be able to pay with your credit card)
- Certified Cheque (must be cleared before shipping)
- Cash (if local)
- Money Order
Once a painting is ordered and payment cleared, it will be shipped within 24 hours.

| SHIPPING |
Costs: All shipping and handling costs are in addition to listed artwork prices, and will be determined by size, weight, destination & method. Insurance added upon request (recommended).
Packaging: Artworks are secured in bubble wrap and sturdy shipping weight cardboard.
Methods: of shipment depend upon destination:
- Local (Okanagan Valley) - arrangements can be made for personal delivery or pick up.
- Within Canada - Contact Artist
- Outside of Canada (excluding overseas) - Contact Artist
- Overseas - Contact Artist

All artworks are guaranteed original works and are comprised of top quality acrylic paints and mediums on gallery stretched canvas.

| RETURNS |
If purchaser should wish to return an item, you must contact seller within 48 hours of receipt of item. Return shipping, with insurance, is at the purchaser's expense. Upon return and inspection (artwork must be received in same condition as was originally sent), a refund will be given less a restocking fee of 15%.
